Refund policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged, wrong items, or quality concerns), we will make it right with a refund or replacement.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your snack box as soon as it arrives! If your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong flavor, please contact us immediately at info.nibblz@gmail.com

To speed things up, please include:

  1. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. A brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (food). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds If your refund is approved based on a quality issue or damage:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations We work fast to get fresh snacks to your door! If you need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
